The Istanbul Half Marathon is scheduled for Sunday 25 April 2027, according to the AIMS international race calendar. The 21.1 km course runs through the Historic Peninsula and along the Golden Horn; the organiser publishes the exact start, finish and route map before registration opens.

Sirkeci is on the Historic Peninsula, the part of the city the race runs through, so on a morning of road closures you can reach the start on foot or by tram or Marmaray instead of looking for a taxi.
