Take the M11 metro from under the terminal to Gayrettepe, change to the M2 towards Yenikapı, then the Marmaray one stop to Sirkeci. The hotel is about 50 m from the station exit — no taxi, no transfer booking. Buy an İstanbulkart from the machines before the turnstiles; one card can be tapped for several people.
