CANCELLATION & PAYMENT POLICY

Free Cancellation

Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 3 days before the scheduled check-in date.

Cancellations made within 3 days of arrival will be subject to a charge equivalent to the first night’s accommodation.

Payment Guarantee

Three days before the scheduled arrival date, Marius Hotel may attempt to charge the applicable amount to the payment card provided to guarantee the reservation.

If the payment cannot be successfully processed, Marius Hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.

If Your Reservation Is Cancelled Due to a Payment Failure

If your reservation is cancelled because the payment could not be processed, please contact Marius Hotel as soon as possible.

Subject to room availability, we will be happy to assist you in restoring your reservation at the same rate and under the same conditions as your original booking.

If the original room type is no longer available, our team will offer the best available alternative.

No-Show

If the guest does not arrive on the scheduled check-in date and has not cancelled the reservation in accordance with the cancellation policy, the reservation will be considered a no-show and the applicable no-show charge will apply.

By completing a reservation through the official Marius Hotel website, the guest acknowledges and accepts these cancellation and payment conditions.
